PAST AND PRESENT
On June 18, 2001, owner Mike Lepage began with one cube truck with a much larger courier company providing a pick-up and delivery service within Chatham-Kent exclusively.   23 years later, Total Package Management now has 16 full time employees consisting of 2 general managers  (Kenn McLean and Ryan Vincent), and 14 route managers, operating both day and night within the local Chatham-Kent and Essex-Windsor regions.

FLEET MANAGEMENT
Our truck fleet consists of 7, 16-foot cube trucks and 3, 26 foot straight trucks with tailgate service.  We take great pride in keeping our equipment well maintained as well as clean in appearance.   We have made many friends throughout the years directly through our delivery service for customers, dealing with our local businesses to supply and support their customers' needs as well, and created long lasting relationships along the way.

OUR GOAL
In a transportation industry with high expenses requiring constant attention and care, our goal has always been to provide a consistent and reliable level of service and satisfaction which goes above and beyond that of our competitors.  With costs increasing in almost every aspect of our lives, we continue to aim to provide the best solution for the best price.
