On June 18, 2001, owner Mike Lepage began with one cube truck with a much larger courier company providing a pick-up and delivery service within Chatham-Kent exclusively. 20 years later, Total Package Management now has 16 full time employees consisting of 2 managers / route specialists (Kenn McLean and Ryan Vincent), and 14 route managers, operating both day and night within the local Chatham-Kent and Essex-Windsor regions.
Our truck fleet consists of 7 GMC 16-foot cube trucks and 3 International 5-ton straight trucks with tailgate service. We take great pride in keeping our equipment well maintained as well as clean in appearance. We have made many friends throughout the years directly through our delivery service for customers, dealing with our local business neighbours to supply and support their businesses as well, and created long lasting relationships along the way.
In a transportation industry with high expenses requiring constant attention and care, our goal has always been to provide a consistent level of service and satisfaction which goes above and beyond that of our competitors.
